We strive to share our love of dance while inspiring self-confidence, discipline, and respect for the art. Our goal is to give each dancer the right tools and techniques to take their dancing to any level they aspire. Stephanie & Vincent have been dance partners for over 10 years. They dance across the nation and continue achieving Finalist placement in American Rhythm and Theater Arts. Including 2nd in the Open American Rhythm in Boston in 9/2013, and 4th in theatre arts at the Philadelphia festival 4/2014. May of 2014, they placed 4th in the Professional Showdance and were finalists in the Professional Rising Star at the American Star Ball. They received 1st place at Kings Ball on 11/29/2014 in the Professional Showdance and continue to compete in the Theatre Arts division.

Stephanie Falciano
Principle Instructor & Choreographer
Owner and principal dance coach with over 20 years of experience instructing and dancing professionally. Stephanie Falciano holds a BA from Hofstra University in dance and MA in School Counseling from Hofstra University. She toured China in 1992 and continued dancing abroad with several touring companies, performing in England and Netherlands until 1999. She attended New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts in 1997. Stephanie was ranked #1 nationally in the United States Rising Star Championship in American Rhythm Division in 1998. Vincent Antonelli
Coach & Choreographer
Vincent Antonelli, trained in partnership dancing, specializing in Theatre arts, has been dancing for over 30 years. He specializes in Broadway show dance and theatrical performances. He has been featured in weekly episodes of a Ballroom/Latin Public Cable TV instructional program broadcast over Long Island, New York, and New Jersey, hosted by Alfonso Triggiani, and conducted invited workshops and performances throughout Long Island, New York and New Jersey. He is a Theatre Arts champion and finalist in over 50 competitions.
Vincent has a background in singing, drums and piano and brings this to his impeccable music editing for performances. He holds an associate degree in American Rhythm with the Terpsichore association. He is a member of the NDCA and Terpsichore. He is a licensed teacher and professional competitor.

Ilona Kaydanov
Wedding Dance Coordinator
Ilona Kaydanov thrives on being an active and disciplined student and teacher. With a passion for learning and teaching, Ilona has been a Ballroom and Latin dancer since she was a pre-teen. Utilizing her strict Russian upbringing and her martial arts background, she brings energy and attention to detail to every dance she choreographs. Having been teaching at Dance with Us for about 4 years now, Ilona is excited to prepare her students for future showcases, weddings, and competitions.

Dennis Kaydanov
Children’s Party Coordinator
Dennis has been ballroom dancing since the age of 6 and has competed for the past two years in the tri-state area. He is now a teacher’s assistant at “Dance With Us” Long Island and works with both children and adults in the studio. He is the head of children’s dance parties and your go to guy for all your dance party planning. Dennis heads the Syosset dance studio birthday parties and events.

Maria DeAngelis

Maria is a black belt in Kempo-jujitsu and has been both training and teaching Taichi, kickboxing, and fitness for over 10 years. Maria teaches several forms of fitness, movement and dance on Long Island in both Nassau and Suffolk county. She began dancing at the age of three with formal ballet training and belly dancing. She’s been actively training, teaching, showcasing and competing in ballroom for the past 4 years. Maria has patience and endurance for individuals of all ages and capabilities. She is a teacher by nature and it is the core of everything she does.

Frank Wolfe
Dance Instructor
Has been teaching American International Style Ballroom and Latin since the 1980’s. He has had extensive international training with Elizabeth Romain, Fran Rogers and Dennis Udell Paul Beaten. Frank now teaches ballroom dance at Dance With Us in Syosset, NY. He specializes in coaching the international standard style of dance. This includes Waltz, Fox Trot, Tango, Viennese Waltz and quick step.

Isabella Craven

Isabella Francine Craven is a 19 year-old versatile dancer, athlete, and performing artist. She studies at CUNY Hunter College (BS Nutrition and Wellness ’25) and Manhattan’s Steps on Broadway and Broadway Dance Center. She is a Work-study with The Verdon Fosse Legacy, an instructor at Dance With Us LI, and a health/wellness coach with FITTEAM Global.

Deanna Monty
Dance Instructor
Deanna began dancing at the age of 4 at A Step Above Performing Arts. She continued dancing there on the competition team till she was 18. She has experience teaching and assisting in the styles of tap, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, and jazz. Deanna studied dance at Long Island High School for the Arts and there learned modern and ballroom along learning more about styles she already had experience in. She also has choreography experience and was accepted into the Joan Palladino School of Dance at Dean College where she is currently studying.

Bryan Perez
Dance Instructor
Bryan Perez, a NY native started dancing Salsa in February 2012 in efforts to grow closer to his culture. Being an athlete from a young age, he took to Salsa & Bachata dancing instantly.
Some of the coaches and instructors that Bryan has had the pleasure to train with over the years is Eddie Torres Jr, Melanie Castillo, Anya Katsevman, Fausto Felix, Elvis Collado, Matthew Rivera, Carolina Montilla, & more. He trained in the genres of Salsa, Bachata, Cha-Cha, Latin Hustle, Latin Boogaloo, Hip-Hop, & Contemporary.

Andrew Phillips renowned as one of the country’s leading competitors in International Latin Dancesport. He gained notoriety by winning such prestigious competitions as Northeast Open Invitational, Ohio Star Ball, Japan Open Invitational, United States World Rising Star Championship, and Blackpool where he was a rising star champion. Among her titles are Eastern United States Professional Standard Champion, Imperial Star Professional Champion and Heritage Classic Professional Standard Champion. Amy was a Grand Finalist in all major U.S. Professional Championships and has appeared on national television in the PBS “Championship Ballroom Dancing” as well as on “Good Morning New York”.
A native of Haiti, Emmanuel Pierre-Antoine trained in jazz, modern, Haitian folklore, and Ballroom Dance for over 17 years. In 1997, having developed a distinct passion for partner dancing, Emmanuel founded Caminito, which came to be regarded as one of the leading schools of Ballroom and Latin dance in Haiti. I have been enthusiastically teaching since 1976. My experience has covered every aspect of teaching, from beginners to professional competitors. I have a passion for every aspect of the ballroom dance industry. My most recent accomplishments include the authoring of the American Style syllabus, six technique manuals and twenty DVDs. Chris Stephenson is a British, U.K. and international Latin Finalist as well as 2 times Ohio Star ball Professional Rising Star Champion. At a young age he gained success when he placed top 5 in the world as junior and youth, and as well as rising Star professional. Chris Stephenson currently makes costumes for world champion couples under his company Jordy International. He started out as the son of a bricklayer, and now is the father of four and the designer of thousands. Some of the couples Chris designs for includes Cocchi and Yulia Zagoruychenko, Tony Dovalani and Karina Smirnoff, and Louis van Amstel and Sammy Stopford.
Jose Decamps is a professional ballroom dancer based in New York City. He is perhaps best known as the 2007 U.S. National Dancesport Champions with his partner, Joanna Zacharewicz. Decamps began his competition dance career in 1991 as both a Latin and ballroom dancer, competing with Jami Josephson. View Jose and his partner Joanna in action here.
Maria Torres is a consummate dancer and professional choreographer who has been nominated for the Off-Broadway Lorel Award for Best Choreographer in the hit production, Four Guys Named Jose. Fans have also witnessed her incredible choreography at work in the Off Broadway production of The Donkey Show. Maria has also choreographed routines for So You Think You Can Dance. Season 3 featured her Latin Jazz choreography to “Acid,” which was performed by Neil and Lacey
